  1. no Rowan Atkinson ???? he is wayyyy better than Charlie Chaplin (and Charlie is a legend)

Please redo the video Watchmojo, Rowan should at least be 2nd. heck you guys even forgotten John Cleese …

  2. Can someone tell me how the hell they could laugh at anything Charlie Chaplin did. Back in the 20s-50s maybe but I don’t see anything laugh out loud funny in any of his work. True he is still a legend but in today’s society I wouldn’t say he was the funniest comedy actor of all time.

  3. I know the list only holds ten but there should be another list……..Tim Conway, Don Knots, Carrol Burnnet, Harvey Korman, Richard Prior, Chris Rock, Chris Tucker and Rodney Dangerfield.

  4. Eddie Murphy is the highest grossing comedy actor of all time and you rank him 6????? If he was white he would no doubt be #1!

  5. Trading Places, 48 Hrs, Another 48 Hrs, Beverly Hills Cop 1,2,and 3,Vampire In Brooklyn, Delirious, Raw, Harlem Nights, Life, The Nutty Professor, Saturday night Live, Dreamgirls, Boomerang, and more. HOW IN THE WORLD IS EDDIE MURPHY NOT NUMBER 1???????

  6. Yeah Rowan Atkinson is a funny guy perhaps kinda dorky asshole geek smart arse funny guy. brits comedians are always so uncool. John Cleese the same. Total dork. haha

  7. Peter Selles wasn’t a comedy actor, he was a character actor who could be funny when he was being serious in a role
